Our Online Self-help
Based on the proven Lucy Faithfull Foundation programme, this self-guided resource consists of 30 specialised modules. Instead of leaving you to navigate this alone, the curriculum is structured into four progressive focus areas:
- Well-being and Self-Care
- Concerned About Your Online Behaviour
- Concerned About Your Thoughts or Behaviours
- Moving Forward
What is Stop it Now Hong Kong?
We provide online self-help for people who want to prevent child sexual abuse. You don’t need to share any identifying information. We help you explore your concerns and take practical steps to prevent harm.
Stop It Now primarily focuses on prevention by supporting individuals concerned about their own thoughts or behaviour. If you are a survivor of child sexual abuse, you can access dedicated support at TALK Hong Kong.
If you are a professional in Hong Kong who offers services such as therapy, desistence support, Good Lives Model or social services related to supporting those at risk, please get in touch at TALK Hong Kong.
Our Pilot Phase Collaboration with the Lucy Faithfull Foundation
To bring effective preventative resources to our community, TALK Hong Kong collaborated with the Lucy Faithfull Foundation (UK), a leading international child protection charity. This allows TALK to bring LFF’s acclaimed online self-help programme directly to Hong Kong.
During this pilot phase, you can read a lot of excellent content and when you are ready to practice the modules you can can click through to Stop It Now UK. There you may also access their online support in English.
In the future, we hope to gather funding to expand and localise this content and our services for Hong Kong.

Learn to Protect Children
True prevention requires an active, informed community. Beyond supporting individuals who are managing their own personal risks, TALK HK empowers adults, parents, educators, and organisations to create safe environments for children.
If you want to learn how to recognise the signs of abuse, react responsibly, and prevent harm in your immediate community, we encourage you to participate in our evidence-based prevention training.
